On January 19, 2012, it was announced that a tentative settlement has occured with the Canadian lawyers and the Merck lawyers. It still has to be approved by the courts... which is mostly a formality.
This settlement is substantially less than the U.S. settlement. This blog is for those involved in the Class Action lawsuit to come and help each other figure this debacle out.
